The first image is the whole circuit board, the second is the top right hand side with R12, then R15, R14 and R13 which form the resistance ranges.
R15 (x 1 range) is burned on my meter (and reads 3.08K ohms which has to be wrong), but it should be 50.5 ohms, then R14 (x10 range) is 505 ohms and R13 (x100 range) is 5.56K ohms. R12 is 800 ohms. The x1000 range has no resistor other than the common R12 (800 ohms).
The values agree very closely when measured on my digital meter.
